Visual Studio 2008 Express is the free programming environment created by Microsoft to develop applications and webs for Windows systems.

  An ideal program for begginers, it is compatible with all the programming languages developed by Microsoft: Visual Basic, C++, C#, SQL Server and J#.

  Each language comes with it's own personalized interface, that have a common library and share some tools, like the automatic code completer, configuration assistant, and organization structure, that make this programming environment a lot more productive than it's predecessors.
